Parish Registration

  • Please fill out the registration form and click submit when you are finished. You will receive a confirmation message after you click submit.
             - Rellene el formulario de inscripción y haga clic en Enviar cuando haya terminado. Recibirá un mensaje de confirmación después de hacer clic en                           Enviar.

  • If you have children that are adults, please have them fill out their own separate form.
             - Si tiene hijos adultos, pídales que rellenen un formulario aparte

  • If you are updating your information, please inform us in the comment box that you are updating your family information.
            - Si está actualizando su información, por favor infórmenos en la casilla de comentarios que solamente está actualizando su información familiar.
