​Parish Ambo Announcement at St. Francis of Assisi about renovations 

The contract was signed with Daprato Regali to commence work the 1st Week in July. 

​Met with the Parish Webmaster to discuss the weekly download of existing information which includes pictures, budget, sponsorship items, renderings, timeline, etc.  

​A meeting was held with Finance and Stewardship to insure the correct up to date information is shared.   Provisions for Stewardship to have Read Only access to the Parishsoft system.  Additionally, provisions were made so that registered and unregistered donors were captured so that we can communicate the progress of the renovation, reach out to donors, have up-to-date information for pledges received, etc.  

Meeting with Deprato/Regali to confirm plans, specifications, contract details, work start date, payment terms, and next steps. The tentative date to begin work is the first week of July, the church will be closed.

​The Knights of Columbus discussed raising funds through Bingo, a Charity Golf Tournament, and other events for the Historic Restoration.   Another meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 18th to discuss a Charity Golf Tournament.
