Dinner Team

Thank you so much for coming this evening and making such an incredible contribution to our Middle School Ministry!  Dinner by far is the FAVORITE!  Here are some details that may assist you in your efforts tonight!

               1.       Get the Keys!  Susie will have them by 2 pm on that Sunday.    

2.     The full Kitchen is yours to use ~ please follow the kitchen rules posted behind the sink.

3.     The Key labeled DC is for the Daycare Room

4.     The Key labeled MR is for the Music Room

5.     The Small Key is for the wooden storage cabinet in the Daycare Room that houses all the paper products. 

6.     Please make sure that all the garbage cans are emptied and put in the dumpster.

7.     Floors are swept

8.     The rooms are back in the same condition if not better than when we found them. 

9.     All lights need to be shut off and the ALL doors need to be locked. 

We typically feed from 95 to 110 kids and catechists per Sunday night, please be prepared for this number. 

 The budget we have set that the Parish is able to reimburse is up to $125.00.  Please save your receipts and tape the receipts to the back of this sheet.  Fill out the bottom portion of this sheet and return to Susie within 2 weeks of event.  Thanks!
