Dinner Date Sign-Ups

Hello Youth Ministry families,

As most of you know, we offer dinner to all of our middle and high school youth after the 5 PM Sunday Youth Mass.  This is a wonderful time for the youth to gather as a community to talk, laugh and share a meal together. 

For the 2009/2010 season of Youth Ministry the menu is below for each date.  If you'd like to prepare something else be our guest ~ Just pick a date and we'll help you with the details! 

• High School & Middle School Families are both encouraged to pick a date and Sign up!
• What to do?      Set-up, shop for your menu item, cook the food, chaperone the youth and cleanup. 
• We supply all the paper products and drink mix.
• To enhance the experience, we recommend you find one or two families to work with.
• Here is the information sheet for more details for the Dinner Team! 
• The budget of $120/week to reimburse families.
• Generally, we feed about 95-110 youth on a typical Sunday night.

If you'd like to help us, please email srossi@stfrancisbend.org or youthministry@stfrancisbend.org call Susie or Kathy at 382-3631 to sign up for a Sunday.  We cannot do this without your help.  If we are unable to secure a volunteer family on a given night, we won't be able to supply dinner to the youth.
